Halibut House Fish Chips - Sarnia

It gives me great pleasure to tell you my experience with Halibut House Fish Chips. After sending my plate back with the waiter to make corrections. The owner, Mr. John himself came to my table and made sure everything was to my liking. Mr. John cares about his customers and his food presentation, and so does his staff. So I look forward to my next visit at Halibut House.

We had a wonderful server named Gosha. She was extremely personable, very funny and excellent at her job.. We hope that when we go back we have her as our server again. The food was delicious and it was nice to see that the old Wharf décor had not been changed.

The breakfast portion here is senior friendly. Fast service and great price, my server Brenda is lovely to talk with!

We ordered take out of 3 haddock and fries which were a Sunday/Monday special. The price was more than fair and the food tasted good. They included a ton of condiments with the order which was nice. Staff were polite and it was prepared on time. The only real downsides were that some portions were thinner than others and the fries could have been cooked a little longer. Overall it was a good experience, especially considering the price we paid.
