Contribuisci feedbackThis place is ridiculous. Most employees are crusty and grim and there are no basic manners. Every time I ask for ketchup, they give me one or two packages... one or two... even if the order has several packages of French fries. Who only uses two packages... from Ketchup. Good luck if you need to fill out the survey online to contact us at McDonalds. If you do not have a receipt, you cannot make a complaint... good customer service at the company there. I called the ketchup last time I was torn off and who hung the phone when I asked if there was a ketchup node I didn't know. Now let us come to dinner; Burgers are simply thrown together, the outsides of the bags of Mac sauce over them, frits are cold and if you dare to ask no onions or anything, not be surprised if there are still onions on your burger. This McDonalds location on Christina Street/Sarnia sucks great time.
Lately, the coffee at this restaurant tastes terrible. I have had three encounters with incompetent managers and owners. Unfortunately, the food quality has also been subpar.
A little of a mix-up for our order. The place is pretty busy, so it's in vain. The plant-based burger is acceptable tasty bcoz of similar spices. Although by the last few mortals w can recognize the difference of consistency over beef.... Ok meal when something healthier than beef. I didn't see the calories to compare...
Only a terrible experience yesterday with these Mcdonalds. Sandwich for my wife was made wrong. I wanted to replace her and the manager told me I ordered it wrong. I should have said I didn't want cheese. I told her I expressly didn't tell her cheese. She said you couldn't have it because it didn't tell me that. I spent 25 minutes driving thru Lane and another 20 minutes inside, as they had to make the new sandwich twice, as they also ground the second attempt. The orders that come from Skip the dishes take precedence over the walk in the customers... the people who are supported by this restaurant for 30 years are fed with crappy service and poor food quality. Last Saturday night, my wife and I decided to dine inside. We were 3rd person in the line on the buyer and waited 25 minutes to place our order. The tablet in the cash register rings with a new change the dishes that let the counter personnel jump into action to pick up the order before the courier comes to pick it up. What was a decent place to have a fast meal, my wife and I turned off from Macdonalds. I tried to talk to the manager to wake them up for what went and that 15 feet wait in customers, for it food wasn't ok, just in case Macdonalds don't see it as a problem. I'm still waiting for a call from her or anyone. Instead of skipping the crockery route we decided to skip only Macdonalds. Rob and Annette Hicks, Sarnia.
Only because I was starving and Big Macs don’t know why they still call them that for they are pretty small especially for the regular price they charge)were on special for three dollars did I get a couple to go home with. I took...a couple bites of the first one and thought right away this is wrong.... seemed like a highly uncoordinated person threw it together from three feet away! Then I noticed upon opening the burger that not only did they get skimpy with the lettuce and pickles, there was no cheese at all!! Not on either small Mac! How can that possibly happen unless an employee wanted to screw the manager or the manager hired someone so stupid I don’t know how they made it to work on their own!? The bathroom was a mess too. Fortunately I had cheese at home and made the best of it. Never ever ordering a small Big Mac again for even if the cheese was on it, better to order two Mac doubles and add tomato and lettuce at home and don’t go through drive through and or never leave without checking to make sure some idiot didn’t make my burgers without meat or cheese next time I am starving in a hurry!
