Here for years eating, authentic irish pub vibe eating, is always good and the staff is very friendly and accomodating.

Arrived for reservations only to find out they don't use Open Table so we had no reservations and had to wait 30 minutes.

We made a reservation online through open table and it was accepted, when we arrived they advised us there is no reservations allowed and made us wait an hour to be seated. Once seated, they took our order, food took a while to come out and the waiter NEVER returned to the table.. not for more drinks, not to check on our food, (which we had some comments on) and not to clear our table or ask if we wanted dessert.. NOTHING.. we had to go find someone to cash us out. He came out after 10 more mins, and simply said he was doing stock in the back.. no apology, no checking on us to see if we wanted another drink or dessert, and did 1 persons debit then walked away again for several minutes.. unreal. FYI- The burger was like a hockey puck.

Had a great time! Was in town for the weekend at the hotel next door. Had lunch on patio, dinner in bar area and drinks at the bar one night! Staff was lovely- from the hostess to the bartender Jerry who greeted us on our second evening with a “nice to see you again” : Food was excellent each time!

Great food and atmosphere. Staff were very friendly.
