My mother and I both roasted the oven chicken breast foot lengths (with a spirit for half to save for lunch the next day). There was a bit of a line, but the service was very fast. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I would say is that the subs are a bit expensive, and I had to ask them to mark what subs were roasted and what not since the person who forgot our subs.
Subway is a chain restaurant, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad thing. As long as you avoid peak hours, you should have a decent dining experience. The food is fresh and made to order, which is a plus. However, be aware that Subway tends to discontinue certain menu items (like the egg salad). If you're a vegetarian, your options may be limited to bread, cheese, and veggies, which can get boring quickly. Overall, it's a reliable option for a quick and customizable meal.
After hearing so much about the amazing bread featured 12 times a day on TV, I decided to visit the nearby Subway to try their delicious chicken sub. Taking a chance, I ordered the Honey Oat bread, but it was a terrible experience. The bread was extremely hard, almost causing a tooth to break and making my gums bleed. I even had to go to the dentist the following Tuesday. The sub was not roasted as advertised, and the staff seemed to struggle with cutting the tough bread. Despite this, everything else about the restaurant was good and I would consider returning in the future.
Of all the subways in town, and there seems to be a ridiculous amount for a city this size, I would have to say this one is the best. Why they have a bit better service, a bit quicker service? I don't know but they...do. The food is the same though as every other subway on the planet. For a while it's great but it gets boring really fast. The options for vegetarians are seriously limited and basically you end up with a foot long bucket of carbs!
