Contribuisci feedbackI left my phone on the table when I left the restaurant, we went to the cinema, then my friend and I went back 5 minutes later and asked if it was there, the waitress said no, I said ok and went back to the car, decided to go back because it had to be there, they said they had not seen it without checking with one of the other coworkers, I was able to leave and tried we absolutely love gay chalet but we will not go back to this place. sucks that we need to drive to london to get good service, I was and still exaggerated
Swiss chalet is downhill. the food was better. Today I had a piece of karton in my salat. the waitress we had was very unfriendly.
Today I got the worst rib memory I've ever had. I ordered a half rack with salat and dessert. check them 9719. it came cold, hard and dry (boiled over) with hardly meat and hardly any sauce and no bbq sauce on the side. the salate was half brown and rough and had to throw half away. only decent was dessert. after $36 for a meal, I had to eat something else. so disappointed. not order again. so not worth it.
I tried to order by phone. the actual restaurant called and said to call another call service. the call service was called, followed by requests and nothing only dead air. I've tried again and again. drive into the actual load, went inside to order out. After 10 minutes, someone finally waits to pick up my order. 5 minutes later she came back to tell me it was 30 minutes, so I went. this is the second time that I tried to call in an order. the customer service has tied up.
See response from the owner below. Clearly this review is not being read or taken seriously. As I noted below the most recent time the orders were mixed up with the sides included with the wrong mains plus the buns supplied were white not muligrain. Also as noted in my original review, our PREVIOUS experience was not through Uber Eats at all (I am aware of the difference) but had everything to do with the restaurant itself. Waiting for a takeout order for 1.5 hours since time of order is unacceptable and what is more unacceptable is a clear resistance to accepting any accountability for whatever caused it. I realize it is just a fast food outlet but I would strongly suggest that you start operating as a business that cares about it customers instead of just posting some kind of a meaningless acknowledgement that passes the buck.a day agoOrdered via uber eats last time. The food was delivered to the wrong address. My neighbour brought it to us. The order was incorrect and all food was cold. Worst experience ever. This is the second time having major difficulties. The first was after an 8 hour drive and having ordered 45 minutes in advance we waited outside for another 45 minutes. Staff was unapologetic and simply said that the delay was posted on the web site. Attempts at notifying Swiss Chalet through their web site was never acknowledged.
