Taco Bell - Sarnia

The only reason I gave this is because I couldn't give it negative. The price of so-called food is ridiculous for beginners. My order came to 31.65 and I lacked 2 tacos and a burrito. I also... my cinnamon has released a bun. The nachos were soggy and rough the pommes were old and cold. The person who takes my order could hardly speak English. I'm not gonna eat toxic smell again on the London street.

The food consisting of 3 Doritos Locos Tacos, 2 Regular Tacos and a Rice and Bean Burrito was delicious. The order, although someone who seemed difficult to hear and repeated us, was followed by a T, including a very...specific request for 2 mild sauces per item and 3 hot sauces overall. The staff was friendly and the food was ready right away. The one complaint is that the salad seems a little old; Otherwise, the food was a great quality for a great price, and with great service.

I visited the Indian Road branch of this restaurant and was disappointed with my experience. Some of my order was missing, but it wasn't worth my time to go back for a $1.79 cinnamon wound. The Taco Supreme Combo was underwhelming, with very little meat in the taco. The chicken enchilada combo was also disappointing. I arrived within 20 minutes of placing my order, which was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes, only to be told that orders are usually ready within 5 minutes. This resulted in my order sitting on the counter for a while and becoming cold. It was the worst $21.00 I have ever spent at a restaurant. I will not be returning as a customer. The employee I spoke with was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but after seeing what was missing from my order, I knew there wouldn't be a next time.

For more than $15 for a chicken taco and burrito, its not value for money. The taco is super slim with minimal filling, even the taste is nothing special. I guess I'm doing better at home. Never go back,wont recommend.

This restaurant is terrible. I doubt if they properly train their staff. I visit here once a week for lunch during my half-hour break and they always manage to mess up some part of my order. For instance, today, the person at the drive-thru window picked something out of their mustache before filling my Pepsi and handing it to me. They don't wear masks or gloves, so I'm not sure if they are aware of COVID. Sometimes they forget to give me forks or napkins when I order the loaded fries. They don't seem to understand what jalapeno peppers are and always give me a different sauce instead. Even if I specifically ask for the green, sliced, pickled jalapenos that are on the menu or if I request nacho cheese instead of refried beans, they can't seem to get it right. They often forget my drink order by the time I get to the window to pay. When my order is completely wrong, and I go back through the drive-thru, I am met with a rude attitude and no apology. It seems like the person who is usually working the drive-thru is the owner's relative or something. This Taco Bell on Indian Road is completely incompetent. It's surprising that this place is still in business.
