Had to wait for an hour to get the table even though we had reserved the table in the morning. We had senior citizens who had sugar and children who were hungry. They kept telling that it would be ready in 15 minutes and kept us waiting. 2. The way the front desk spoke to us was very unprofessional. They were very rude. I would have just walked away had it not been for the other guests whom we had invited. 3. After long wait, we got the table but it was not cleaned. They took another 15 minutes to clean the tables and arrange the plates. 4. They did not even bother to place the table mats and arrange the plates properly 5. Starters were served without the chutney and ketchup. When we asked them to serve the chutney, they just got a bowl with chutney without spoon. Again, had to remind the waiter that the spoon is needed. 6. The waiter was also clearly getting agitated and was being rude to us. He was visibly overworked. They needed more staff and they were unable to manage the guest. 7. The juice counter did not have glasses. Even after telling them 2-3 times, someone came with just 1-2 glasses when more than 5-6 people were waiting 8. The soup bowls and plates were not very clean. The pani puri glass was broken. 9. Many waiters were crowded near the Buffet table to get their order for Roti and hence blocking the way to get the noodles and other items around that 10. Food quality was not great. The vegetables in biryani was too salty. The paneer sabzi also had lot of salt. Rest of the items were okay. Overall, it felt like waste of money for the kind of food and service. It was huge embarrassment for me and my family in front of the guest. Definitely not a place I would recommend.
Having buffet here is the best idea as that's not only pocket friendly is indeed taste bud friendly too
Wide varities of starters . 2 dinners , 5-6 starters , cat , ,pasta, pizaa ,deserts , biryani , 4 curries ,roti, Dal and Deliciuous sambar.
Terrible, pathetic experience. not sure how they ended up winning the Times Food Festival awards that they display at the restaurant. Food was cold, not even warm. The dishes kept running out and had to wait for a serving for almost all items. No one was monitoring for a timely refill. After repeatedly asking for a serving, and not receiving it, we gave up on many starters and dishes. We did not even taste them because they were never refilled nor served. The plates were greasy and not washed properly. Had to ask for them to be replaced multiple times. While clearing the table the staff takes away your cutlery and don’t bother to even replace. They had a booking for a Hi-tea that evening and despite knowing that, they offered us a center table of the restaurant. The side and corner ones were free but were not offered. While we were still having food, they staff was busy making arrangements for the Hi-tea and moving tables around us. They even went on to snatch plates from us while we were having our deserts, all because they had lot more work to do. Had they refilled food and served on time, we would have long walked out of the restaurant. And yes, they do not accept Sodexo.
Here you will find the perfect taste .... Starters are damn delicious.... But the main course isn't that tasty..... We had buffet a fee times here and totally loved the service, the Ambience, ... A chef is there whose name is Rohit kumar ,, he was so perfect in his duties.... Thank you
