Wendy's - Sarpy County

The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is that they tried to fix my order. I ordered 2 honey butter chicken biscuits. They forgot to put chicken on it. Lucky I caught the mistake so I drove back. They put chicken on the biscuits, but the chicken didn't taste very good compared to past times having it.

I called the store at 8120 S 84th St. LaVista NE to see how long the lobby was open. Was told lobby was open till 10 pm. WOW what a lie that was. I got there at 7:20 and doors were locked and all chairs up on the tables. I could not sit down in the lobby at all after driving for 30 min to meet friends there. We had to find a different place to eat. Horrible customer service as not sure about going to eat there in the near future.

The lobby is open whenever the staff feels like it rather than at a specified time. They accept orders for food they don’t have and will not prepare. And, the staff ignores people about half the time.

I've gone to this Wendy's several times because it's close to my house. Day shift is nice but the night shift drive through employees are short and kinda rude just about every time I go.

I used the app and selected dine in. The worker at the counter actually asked if I was dining in, instead of just putting my food in a bag with a giant obnoxious sticker like a robot. This was a nice change compared to what I've experienced at other Wendy's. Not only was the great, but my fries were hot, fresh, and crispy. It's so nice to visit a Wendy's where they're on top of their game.
