Ribellinu - Sartène

We just spent our vacation at the Ribellinu Residence and I have to say that the Ribellinu Restaurant was a discovery every day!!! We took advantage of the restaurant in the evening and each dish was a real pleasure. I recommend the Balsamic Chicken, a real gustative pleasure! The cream of beans (freshly harvested from the garden !!! , a soft mouthing ! The fish soup is unparalleled! The calf involtini, to be recommended! And a dessert that reconciled me with the creams burned, the cream burned with rata, the apotheosis!!!... Don't hesitate, Marie-Jo's cuisine is surprising and delicious!!! A nice restaurant, good dish and a nice team!

Quality of reception and impeccable service, you feel like home! The boss is very careful, very smiling and always ready to please you. The kitchen is open to the room and everything shines. the artisanal corse charcuterie is to fall,The poëlée of gambas and st Jacques to the girolles a real delight and the decline on the carambar a marvel(note all is homemade). All for 25.5 à la carte formula with more than copier plates. What to say about the frame, a pretty dirty decorated with a lot of taste, a large overflowing pool and a mini golf to occupy children. A pure moment of happiness and relaxation. Last precision, this restaurant is located in Pianottoli and not in Sartène and is part of the residence of the same name but is also open to outside customers.

Super decor, very satisfying welcome, I recommend the stylings and gambas with girolles, the corse cheese plate and homemade rata jam, the rosé is not talking about it! next year we're back.

First trip to Corsica. Found a small restaurant in a very quiet and super nice site. Held by a dynamic and efficient team that has made us taste original dishes and good quality. A great souvenir of a holiday meal with friends around a swimming pool appreciated by children. I recommend the place.

Meals of good quality, well presented and impeccable service in front of a beautiful swimming pool. This restaurant is part of a bungalow residence where we were housed with direct access to the beach. The bungalows are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, garden furniture and barbecue.Very nice beaches around. Welcome and stay very nice to recommend to a couple or family.
