My sandwich was just the right temperature, the service was quick professional!

I worked here from 2 January ‘22 to 18 March ‘22. The staff, including managers, are racist and anti-semetic. One shift manager made several inappropriate comments towards me including calling me fat. The assistant manager continually verbally abused the staff including calling us ‘worthless’. If you complain about food they deliberately over cook it. I could go on and on about what an awful environment this is not only for the customers, but the staff as well.

I pulled to the drive through and I was cut off multiple times by the employee as I was trying to tell him my order. I pulled to the window and kindly explained to the kid that he should let the customer finish saying what they had to say before interrupting. He told me that he couldn't hear me. I told him to communicate that through the speaker to the customer in question. I proceed to hand him my card and he snatched it out of my hand. He hands me my food but with no smile and doesn't say a word to me. He hands back my card as well.I'll chalk this up as the kid was having a bad day since the manager was handling the orders and he was the cashier.

We're here right now. Infinitely better than the Arby's back home in New Ken. Friendly, competent staff. Nice clean dining room. And the curly fries are actually fresh here and they didn't screw up our order.

Excellent food and excellent service! The sandwiches were delicious and put together nicely! Everything was made fresh and hot! The staff was very friendly and kind, they even gave our dog a pup cup!
