Flint Bistro Saloon - Saskatoon

We had a fantastic brunch at this restaurant. The menu had something for everyone! The crab cakes were amazing, especially the cakes stolen on top. The staff was friendly and the decor was very charming.

I recently visited this restaurant and tried the classic dish, which was so delicious that I returned the next day to try the stacked dish. The ambiance was beautiful and the prices were reasonable. I would give it a perfect 10/10 rating.

We have read the amazing reviews on TripAdvisor, so be sure to check them out. We visited on Saturday at 10:30 and were promptly seated. The restaurant was about 75% full. Our server was fantastic: friendly and attentive. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and Breakfast Plate, both of which were delicious. This is definitely a place you should try!

Poached is a small breakfast in downtown Saskatoon, which is always lined. Get in early or don't bother. Waiting once inside is long and should have you over a few amazing lattes and visits. It was a good 1 hour waiting for our breakfast and we had French toast and the eggs Benedict. These are not big breakfast plates of food they are smaller portions not sides like hashbrowns or toast. They were very good when we got them. Must be sweet if you order this French toast. The bacon rolls are exquisite. The servers were very friendly and busy, there were designated cleaning staff who was very nice to see.

This was a tough one because the food was amazing and the service was horrible. We came in on a Saturday at 9:45am and we’re seated immediately. After that the service was nonexistent. We finally had to ask if we had a server after 15...minutes to get coffee. Then it took about 10 minutes to take our order. They brought the coffee and I asked for Equal. They brought me Splenda and dashed off before I could ask for a spoon. Once again we didn’t see anyone for 10 minutes until they brought us our food. Luckily we now knew to ask for Silverware! I had the classic eggs Benedict, my wife had the breakfast plate with asparagus. Our third had the butternut eggs Benedict. The food was wonderful and would definitely order again. Pictures attached.
