Rock Creek Tap & Grill - Saskatoon

Third meal that was undercooked here. Came here because it is conveniently located by the hotel. Complained about the food (to which I took one bite) and was told by the server it's a preference thing. I showed her the uncooked meat (bacon in the chicken+ bacon dip) to which she advised it's cooked prior to being put in the dip. That's fine however it clearly wasn't cooked allthe way. I was charged full price for something I couldn't force myself to eat. I absolutely hate complaining at restaurants butthere was no way to eat that, I had to say something. After paying for my bill, the waitress advised the person I was with thatthere was a new cook working tonight..

Walked over from near by hotel after arriving from out of town by air. Had a look at the menu on line and walked in with a quick menu item to order. Quick and helpful staff. Came back in 15 and food was ready. Walked back to hotel and opened the bag andcontainers of food. Ordered the pull pork sandwich, which I found the pork so dry and hard end pieces, slaw was minimal andmushy, dry bun and the crispy onions didn't exist much and were mush. With the order was a full Cesar salad. Was all leaves, afew croutons..... there is more sauce in a ketchup pack than what was offered. Over all, 35$ plus a tip for food i couldn'tfinish and was clearly seen the next day on its way out on the express train.

A great restaurant for a family member's birthday celebration! Great food with delicious gluten-free main course options plus delicious gluten-free free desserts, and exceptional, efficient, friendly service by Susan. Much appreciate the website menu socustomers with dietary restrictions can preview the menu. Plus the menu clearly marks these food options clearly. Our familywill be returning to this restaurant!

Service was pretty good! I will say for the Z burger, just do one patty instead of 2 small ones. I understand height but it 's not necessary here, just one patty staff. Also make your own onion rings, the taste of Cavendish is all over these, takes 30seconds and the appreciation wall be forever. Lastly, fries were kinda soggy, which if it sat in the window for a bit, I get,all good. I 'd do 3.7 since whole numbers are rookie but overall decent place. To have Mount crushmore on tap blew me away. Muchlove.

We had a gift card to use here and as expected from the previous culinary experience in this facility, we were disappointed by the entire experience. although our server was new, he was friendly and he tried to please us. the manager was also polite, committed and grateful for our visit (it was dead there as usual). we could overhear the girl that delivered our food, didn't know any table numbers so that she was wandering around with our tellers. When we overcome them, we asked what the dipping sauce came with our wings and she said "yes," to which we asked what that was. she stood there empty and said I had no warning, and remained uncanny to look at us. she didn't say, oh I go after, she didn't come back, nothing. the workout is required before people are put on the floor. we were in this facility probably 6 times and the place is 95% empty, the service is unpleasant, and eating is not consistent. I'm not sure how they stay open to be honest. we will not return and we would not recommend for a meal. Maybe be a beer and hockey night, but they would sit alone. so.
