Contribuisci feedbackHello, I am a regular Tim Hortons customer and I always go to Tim’s for my breakfast. I have been to many locations and am always satisfied with my food and service. However, I went to this Tim Hortons today around 12:15 pm (Oct. 23, 2019) and got the worst customer service experience in my lifetime. Here is the whole situation- I went there around 12:15pm to grab my coffee and food. I was waiting my friend he in college, Nd the manager call city guys for parking ticket near about 12:30 even I am still there i ask the city guy why you giving me a ticket he said talk with Manager. Nd when I talk with manger, he talk with me very rude, he dint want to listen anything,even I apologize for that can u please stop city guy don’t give me a ticket manger dint say anything left from there Nd I got 50$ parking ticket. I don’t know what kind of attitude he was showing to me. So, I left the store without getting anything and they did not even care to apologize for the inconvenience caused to me. Of course, I would never wanna go back to that location where customers are not valued at all, but I want Tim Hortons customer service policies to be reviewed with those staff members at that location who don’t care about their customers and keep their own ego above that so that it does not ruin other customers’ day like mine. I would greatly appreciate if you look into this matter seriously and make other customers’ visit to be pleasant.Thank you so much!
Ladies washroom needed a bit of cleaning, I had trouble getting water out of the tap. Something with the sensor.
Bought French vanilla today @9:31 AM and got really disappointed as the coffee was awful. it felt like I am just drinking hot milk. Didn't expect this from such a big brand. It has really ruined my day.
If it wasn't for us customers there would be no business whatever happened to customer is always right we are paying for your attention to detail so why do you always get my order wrong to boot coffee is never stirred if they remember the sugar or cream and get a rude attitude when asked to correct it....visited 6:30am female server was very rude and walked away male server was also rude instead of correcting our coffee held it in his hand and said you are not tasting it right? and gave the same coffee back with no improvement guess he knows what my morning coffee taste like. Tired of paying for something I end up not drinking..waisted if time and money I will tell everyone I know not to go to this tim Hortons
Worst tasting food I've had at a Timmy's, hashbrowns were soaked in oil , the wrap made me gag idk what they did to it but gross is what I can say.East Indians should learn not only how to speak English but UNDERSTAND it .Sad no one at a Timmy's has a clue .
