Venice House - Saskatoon

I ordered food for me and my bf off skip the dishes. Keep in mind the restaurant uses its own delivery driver. I ordered at 11 I didn't get my food until 12:30. I tipped the driver regardless unsure if it was his fault or someone else's. to my dismay I opened it up and the food was ice cold. Tried to eat a few bites but was too disgusting. I payed $50 for ice cold fish and gravy and fries and vegetables and souvlaki. Overpriced and under managed. I called in the next day since they were already cold. Where the guy argues with me that it was impossible for the food to take an hr and a half. Then he told me that there wAs no record of an order placed around that time or for that price. I told him if he wants to say it's all impossible I had the stupid receipt to prove it still. Then he asks me what I want to do about it. Like wtf. Do u not know how to work in the restarting business, like I'm supposed to give my hard earned money for nasty cold food and then explain to you how to compensate customers for your bad business ethics. So he proceeds to tell me he will get the owner to call me back. Well ladies and gentleman I think this is day 4-5 and guess what..no call...no way right!!! I was ordering pizza from their on a weekly basis but decided to try something new but now. I will NEVER call these guys again. Rude,disrespect, poor service,poor service with customers, and nasty cold food. If you enjoy these things please call your local Venice house soon to try out their offering services before they permanently go out of business from lack of service. P.s had to rate one star to submit but in actuality I give it minus 5 because that's how many problems I ran into with a simple order and that's how many ten dollar bills I wasted on their nasty cold food that found its way into my garbage cuz I refuse to even feed that **** to my dog. He deserves better than that

I ordered my pizza and when it arrived the doe was raw. I called and was given a free one later . When I went and picked up ( which it should have been free delivery because I payed 6 dollars for delivering the first time and it was raw.) I had asked for Xtra lots of onions . When I got home there wasn't an onion to be found so I drove it back and was told by the manager that I was crying about a little onion . I am disgusted and wouldn't eat there to save my life ever again . Venice house on 33rd . Save your money it's pathetic .

I made the mistake of selecting the wrong location. I picked 33rd street and it will never happen again. The cutlets were absolute mush, the potatoes were dry, and the cheese toast had a rubbery consistency to it. The pasta was equally as bad, completely flavourless to the point where we joked abut putting HP sauce on it. If I could give it a lower rating, I wouldn't hesitate.

Delivery ordered, ... food arrived on time, with a very nice and polite delivery man. Salads and fries were great...but the boneless ribs were over cooked, and the deep fried pickles are very tasty but small compared to Prince Alberts ,Venice House. I give Prince Albert Venice House a 5 star. There ribs are soft and juicy, and the deep fried pickles are huge, and cooked perfectly.

Ordered #21 and a lasagna with meat balls pizza was cold and nothing special have had better out of the freeze section of safeway as for the the lasagna no sauce and meat balls tasted old and bad have had better out of a can. Will not order from there again and will make sure i let my crew know the same.
