Pizza Hut - Satellite Beach

The breadsticks were very old and greasy and the sauce was cold.. it took 19 minutes from the time the driver left the store to reach my house even though I live less than a mile away. The pizza didn?t taste fresh.

So disgusted. This long strand of hair was baked into my pizza slice! It?s light brown and straight and absolutely not any of ours as we all have black curly hair in this house. I ALWAYS buy pizza from here because it?s right down the street but latelythey have me waiting forever (when I?m supposed to pick up..it seems like they?re just starting my order) and now this! Like,I?m so grossed out about how long this piece was?It was under all the toppings.. because I had to pull it from my mouth!!!*barf* absolutely disgusting. Wear hair covers when making people?s food!!!!! ughhh I?m done with them.

My colleagues and I frequently order from this restaurant, and our experiences are consistently great. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. We love adding mushrooms to our pizzas, and the fresh-cut mushrooms really highlight the quality of the ingredients. The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes us feel welcome the moment we step inside. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our community! We'll definitely keep dining here as long as you're open.

I am very pleased with my experience at my local Pizza Hut. I believe there is always room for improvement. However, since I am not familiar with the operational procedures, I cannot specify what could be done to enhance your service at this moment.

I recently moved to the area and ordered online, but I accidentally entered the wrong address—totally my fault. The driver went to the incorrect address and waited for a while before deciding to return to the store to remake our order fresh. We made sure to provide the correct address this time. The pizza and wings were absolutely delicious and incredibly hot and fresh! I haven't had Pizza Hut in ages, and the wait was definitely worth it. They truly care about their customers, and the driver was so understanding and fantastic.
