Poesis - Satu Mare

Unsatisfied and disappointed! Last time I visited this location (3 years ago) it was a beautiful place with great food. My business partner wanted to have a good experience far below average. First, the prices are too high for what is offered! You can not buy baked potato wedges from supermarket and call them “golden potatoes”! Soups below average too! It's good that at this point we would have been a few meat dishes probably too much. The prices for such a dish were over 65 RON for 200g?!

I often stayed here, but in the last 2-3 years something changed in the worst mood. Last time I booked 2 rooms for 4* and we received rooms for 3* star and if we asked why, the receptionist said to us if you want that we booked it is ok for them because they have many. It was the last time I stayed there and I do not recommend this hotel because: is dirty, smelling inside, the breakfast is very bad and the staff is very arrogant.

There is a very beautiful Arhitecture. I was there 2 weeks ago to a presentation, the place is perfect for various events. It was clean and cozy.

Excellent service, but you have to know the button on your table to ask for the waiter. Food was very good, prices a bit to high but overall oke. The place, ambiance etc. is overdone, but: food and service is more important.

Eat at 1:00. They had a fornication so we asked when we eat or not. They said that we can eat on the terrace without problems (we saw a table already eating so that we believed it). We ordered a grilled steak and waited. The drinks came in a minute. So good. Half an hour is over and nothing yet. Okay, entertaining as they had a lot of work in the kitchen. 1 hour and nothing. We tried to get something new from the waitress, but she stared at us for a moment and left. Finally 15 minutes later, she approached us and said that they had a weed and the kitchen had not yet started our order. She told us she could give us some leftovers from the weed instead. At this point we stood up and went. This situation could simply have been avoided by just telling us that they can't take tables at this moment. Unbelievable! We won't go there soon.
