Jimmy's Steer House - Saugus

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our dining experience at Jimmy's Steer House in Saugus MA! From the moment we entered the restaurant we were welcomed kindly and shown to our clean and completely prepared table. The wait staff was beyond awesome and very attentive to our comfort. Our lead staffer was a charming and affable person by the name of Taylor. How she kept up with me, my mom, and 6 siblings was nothing less than remarkable. We are more individually particular rather than demanding; and socially outgoing and friendly. So, that describes the humourous and lovely chaos at our table; however, Taylor conveniently appeared as she seamlessly anticipated our dining needs. Now to the elephant in the room... The food was... What's beyond delicious? The food was amazing!!! From the bread and butter placed before the meal Yes! They do that! to the dessert (which was ice cream for me), it was all a fantastic experience! Jimmy's Steer House in Saugus MA has more than earned all 5 Stars !!!!Definitely recommended and a definite place for me and/or my family to return to in the foreseeable future!! Loved it!

For 18 years, I've been frequenting the Saugus location, and the meals have consistently been top-notch. The prime rib remains one of my favorites in the area. For two people- pair of drinks, apps and meals for price cant beat it in todays world.

Wonderful servers! Food consistently gone downhill the last several months. Owner and his Manager Daughter Rude and Disrespectful! Grill House is 100 percent better and treat customers with respect….

I love Jimmy's! Zucc sticks, a must! Surf and turf, my favorite! Drinks are meh for me, too much ice. Every bar does this though. Profit profit profit! So I'll get soda instead

This was my first time dining at Jimmy's. We took my parents for Easter dinner. We arrived after the heavy crowds (3:30 ish). Food was descent but not exceptional considering the prices. Overall, dinner was like I said descent but service was very disappointing. The waitress was pleasant enough but it was clear she was at the end of her shift and wanted to leave. Dinner was rushed and our plates were cleared before my husband had finished his. When asked to take our half eaten dinners with us, it was wrapped up but clearly something the waitress had no time for, evidenced by subtle eye rolling. We might be back some time for lunch but doubtful.
