Mcdonald's - Saugus

I work until 2 am, so I'm grateful that this restaurant is open 24/7. However, during my last visit on Sunday, I found the broth to be old and the meat to be tough. It seems like they may have many sandwiches pre-made to speed up service, but unfortunately, this affects the quality. The fries could also use some improvement, as they seemed undercooked. I will still give this place another chance in hopes of enjoying a fresh burger and crispy fries.

The food was delicious, so I gave the restaurant five stars. However, the person in charge was extremely rude. I wanted to ask them to slow down because they seemed robotic and impolite. Our order was misunderstood and two items were missing, so we had to reorder. The shamrock shake was a saving grace, as after the first sip, I momentarily forgot about the rest of the experience.
