Contribuisci feedbackWe went for breakfast and ended up waiting 34 minutes between ordering in the drive-thru and receiving our food. I could have gone to my favorite sit-down restaurant and had a meal in just 20 minutes. To make matters worse, the food was cold. How is that possible after such a long wait? Overall, I would rate the food a 2 and the service a 1. We spent about $20–30 per person on this takeout meal.

Over 15 minutes and still no service, the guy at the drive through couldn't take the order right. Another driver and myself left after no one was served for more than 15 minutes. Went 6 miles away to a McDonald's instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I attempted to order from the Burger King drive-thru. While they took my order quickly, the wait time was excessive. After over 20 minutes, and being only the second car from the window, I didn't receive my order. Surprisingly, there were only two employees present. If staffing is a challenge, perhaps it's better to temporarily close rather than compromise customer experience. It's disheartening to see such staffing issues in the fast-food sector.
