Taco Bell - Saukville

One of the only places open late- and unfortunately poor service every time. They often get my order completely wrong or claim they only take orders via online or mobile but will take drive up orders from select customers and refuse others. Even though the door says they open at 9 am they told me they open at 10. I arrived at 9:52 am by foot because I walked over from my job. I was denied service through the drive through because I was on foot. The lobby was closed due to them not having enough workers. I was treated very poorly and bad just a few minutes ago by a younger female employee and an older male employee who just looked at me and walked away while I was at the door. There is a lot of restaurants in the area so I’ll recommend you take this advice and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t even return for a glass of water during a fire! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pull up to drive-thru and they say mobile orders or door dash! Are you kidding me!? What a joke thats just lazy! Just shut down then if your not gonna serve your customers!! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

8/19/23. What a joke. This location used to be the best around but has really gone down the crapper. I've been understanding with lobby being closed or drive thru being closed and having to order inside or super slow service with so little workers but tonight tops it. I waited in a line wrapped around the building all the way to the drive thru for over 30 min just to get up to order and be told they are only doing web orders and door dash! (Has to be some sort of joke right) I had him repeat to make sure. I said I can't order. No. I said you should probably tell this whole line of people since we've been waiting for quite a while (unaware we can't order). All he said was yeah I'm well aware. I have never been more livid. Absolutely unacceptable. Let your customers know instead of wasting their time!! Only reason for even getting any star is because I can't post without.
