Terrible bar service. Going to pay for my drink and leave because this is ridiculous! I'll go somewhere else for food. Nothing like working in the area for 4 days and this is closest to my hotel. Could've had a customer.

UPDATE: Reevie the manager on duty was very nice, apologetic, and he took care of the issue. Always be NICE if something wasn’t to your satisfaction.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Placed the online order about 3:30pm we received it about 5:15pm. That’s not a problem there. What IS A PROBLEM is that my granddaughters fries were not with the order, my daughter my fries were cold, the chicken wings tasted like they either sat underneath the heat lamp for an hour, or they were already cooked and not fresh, and they served them to us. Extremely disappointed because if you dine in? The food is excellent.

We’ve been to this place twice now and the first time, we actually waited nearly 25 minutes before being greeted with menus and water. Second time we knew better and left after 10 minutes and the same situation. Both times we sat in the bar area. Hard pressed to return and it’s a shame since the atmosphere sells itself. Just need good service.

I go to this location once a month and they never disappoint!!!! The food is always consistent and the service is always great!!!
