Country Kitchen - Sault Ste. Marie

My mother, son and I visited your restaurant on 8/14/12 it was the worst service ever and food wasnt great either. We were seated promptly but however the table was dirty and she was wiping crumbs off, then our waitress came to take our drink order and we knew what we wanted so we ordered right then. My mom had to ask for coffee and she brought one coffee cup and the coffee pot i didnt receive a cup and my son never received his shake 20 minutes after being there my mom got up and got a cup for me and then she came to the table and told us there were no chocolate shakes so he ordered hot chocolate and he ordered corndogs and of course you were out of corn dogs. She brought my son his hot chocolate which he asked for extra whip cream and he hardly got any at all. She finally brought our food out to us 30 minutes after getting there and my skillet was incorrect and i couldnt eat my food fast enough to be able to eat it hot cause it was luke warm when i got it, she didnt bring my bread and we had to ask for utensils and more jelly. Her excuse was she is still trying to get the hang of it still she started a week ago a week on job she should be a little more proficient. My mom had the same waitress the week prior and had issues. When we are in the soo we always visit your restaurant but we will no longer be visiting it because of the poor service and will not recommend it to anyone either.
