Always worth the wait whether to pick up or have delivered. Hard Wok combo is great and always a favourite, as well as any plate. This is the best of its kind in the Soo.

I really love the crab wontons from hard wok. I just tried calling at 6:35pm to place an order, they’re hours are 4pm-8:00pm on their website so I was very shocked and incredibly disappointed when the woman who answered told me they were closed? At 6:35pm? When you’re only open for 4 hours of the day you’d think you wouldn’t stop taking orders 2 a half hours in? I most likely won’t be ordering anymore, as it’s way too much of a hassle and the crab wontons are literally the only thing I like on their menu. So disappointed. Seems like this business needs to get their act together quickly.

Ordered 2 combos and 1 wonton soup for delivery, the delivery fee was $7.99 rather steep I thought. The food was great veggies slightly over cooked but flavorful.

Food arrives quickly and hot, however, quality is lacking now and is incredibly expensive for takeout. Many recipes changes don 't live up to standards when Grandma was cooking and supervising. Hot and sour soup has almost no ingredients, very little pork in eggrolls, seasoning is hit and miss. Often vegetables are 'slimy and overcooked '. A regular order for my family of three has tripled in cost in the past couple of years. Often condiments are not included such as plum sauce or soya sauce. We have been longtime regular customers for more than 10 years, often weekly orders, but now feel we would rather spend the same amount of money at a sit-down restaurant and have a steak dinner and be served.

I just spent $60 on 4 items (1 of which being white rice), and I would strongly recommend to go elsewhere. One item had to be immediately discarded. The spareribs were so questionable (smell, colour, and taste) that we threw them out right away. The other disappointment was with the beef and broccoli. I know many Chinese restaurants are infamous for having little beef in a beef and broccoli dish, but this has maybe 2 tablespoons of shaved beef in the entire dish. I was excited to try a place new to me, but this was a very disappointing visit. I can’t afford to try this place again.
