Perfecto Pizza - Sault Ste. Marie

The owner's daughter, the girl with the glasses, was quite stylish but also rude. The food arrived significantly late, and it wasn't the delivery driver's fault, as he had informed us when he was on his way with the order. Unfortunately, the food, particularly the pizza, was dry and overcooked. After this experience, I decided not to order from there again. The delivery workers from Steel Cities shared that they are often mistreated, likely due to being the owner's daughter.

We decided to give Perfecto another try based on our previous positive experiences with their wings and pizza, but unfortunately we were once again disappointed. We ordered 2 large specialty pizzas with wings, specifying that we preferred a thinner crust. However, when our order arrived, the pizzas were nearly an inch thick, more like bread than pizza. We believe in giving second chances, but after three mix-ups, we were left feeling frustrated. When we brought up the issue, we were made to feel as if it was our fault for not specifying our preferences clearly enough. Perfecto may have potential to be a top pizza spot, but management needs to take note of these reviews and make improvements. See photo for reference - that was no small portion.

Kind of sad. we had always ordered from here and it was always good. However, in recent times we had noticed a decline in the quality of our orders. We prefer a thinner crust, but for some reason, even after we asked, it didn't come like... ordered... way too thick. We would also order the wings 40 to 50. When we went to serve them, many seemed older and dried out, as the sat around for a while and the others were plump and juicy, truly noticeable when mixed in the same order. We took it a few times to their attention, but in no case, so we stopped ordering them. Too bad as I said we enjoyed them before, but if your good money you expect to be satisfied, hope they turn things around...!

There are numerous fantastic choices for Soo-style pizza at this restaurant. For a unique twist, try the thin crust option. It has a crispy texture and delicious toppings. Overall, they consistently deliver excellent pizza!
