Contribuisci feedbackJack was friendly and provided us with a nice cup of coffee. This location is not following their own protocols. There?s no indoor eating or drinking and yet there are two customers permitted to do so.
You can?t go wrong with Starbucks coffee and I?m somebody who goes to many of them. I usually order through the mobile app for the speed and no need to go through a drive through. This is the first time that I had to wait almost 10 minutes to have my drinks be made. While I was waiting the staff were fairly standoffish and we?re not very welcoming at all. The drinks were made fine but the overall experience means that I would never come back to this one again.
Leaving notes at the door by 8 pm, pretty much daily, telling the customers the drive thru is still open, is a very bad practice. If the store closes at 9pm, people with no cars should have the same right to buy coffee. I don't applaud that routine. If this is about to keep the dining room clean in order to make the closing process faster, I got your point as employee, but that's not, for sure, how a business like Starbucks should runs.
Been here a couple times on my drive thru town where I am doing take out. Staff have been friendly and my orders have been correct. Thanks
11:20am on Friday. People already inside. Door is locked. At least 4 staff working but they will only now do drive through. Won't serve me. I can't use drive through. Staff are pretty rude about it. Poor management. Better off seeing what other coffee is available in town.
