There is often a line of customers on the road due to the high volume of business here. I ordered a triple triple to give me a boost. I quickly drank it only to discover that it was cold. Mistakes happen, but the manager quickly fixed the issue and I left satisfied. My advice to the owner is that there have been some mistakes recently. It may be beneficial for the staff to have a refresher on the basics. Thank you for serving Canada's best coffee.
The order was quickly and accurately taken, but the young man seemed to have trouble understanding when I requested a receipt.
I went through the drive-thru and received fast and friendly service. The food and drinks were tasty. The parking was convenient.
When I went to eat at the restaurant, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap. Unfortunately, there was an excessive amount of fat in the wrap that dripped down my chin as I ate.
The other day, I visited this restaurant because my journey was long. Customers often have to wait in long lines due to the busy road nearby. I had to order my meal three times because they kept forgetting to cook it! I accidentally spilled my drink three times because it was so cold. Mistakes happen, but that's just part of life. The manager quickly resolved the issue and I left as a happy customer. I recommend the owner to possibly provide additional training for the current employees as mistakes seem to be happening frequently. Despite the mishaps, I appreciate the restaurant for serving the best coffee in Canada. Thank you!
