We loved eating at this restaurant located near the place of the rescue village. It is with great attention that we have been welcomed, the staff is remarkable, smiling and dynamic. the salads and boards are excellent and copyy. artisanal ice creams with many perfumes are exquisite. the frame under the vaults is wonderful, we really enjoyed this establishment.

The pub is well placed in the heart of the medieval village. we went there a noon or there was chicken swollen at 15 € (a little expensive), fade without taste, without salt, short, insipid. I don't understand that for a pub, it's just a charcuterie or cheese board that night. correct service

These guys get 5 stars for really trying their best we had lunch here a couple of times plus drinks. The food menu was basic and we stuck to salads which were well assembled and good value for money. Seating overlooks this lovely square in Sauve, shaded by ancient plane trees. The staff really worked hard to keep the food and drinks flowing and smile too.

Some of the best ice cream in the region. Great snacky type food and good more substantial meals when they put on events. Book early in Summer when there is music, as several hundred people turn up.
