Pau Hana - Savage

For the last decade, my fiance and I have been trying new restaurants. We love to eat! We also love to keep count of every restaurant we experience for the first time. On our visit to Pau Hana, we hit our 1000th restaurant. It called for a drink tocelebrate. I ordered the Two If By Sea. It was good. I think I finished it way too quickly. We ordered the Loco Moco. Yum! Thatcurry sauce is golden; well balanced and creamy. I could just eat it poured over rice alone. We also had the Show You pizza andLuxe Burger. Both really good too. I love the savory and sweetness of the pizza with a pop of delicate beef grease from theshort rib. Nooom! And the burger reminded me of what the Double Barrel at Red Cow USED to be. It was delicious. Service wasgood. We waited a bit to get our order in, but our server paced the dishes nicely so we didn't even mind. Definitely will goback for some more pizza and a few other dishes.

Was hungry for wood fire pizza in the area and was delightfully impressed with the unique pizzas here. Fresh, quality ingredients. Fun cocktails and mocktails for kids. Delicious dessert. Special appetizer for the night was a disappointment?fresh but disappointing texture on the ahi. Noisy too even after 9 on a Saturday?music was too loud.

The food and staff are amazing. I was a bit skeptical but hopeful, as I do love Lake and Irving which is the sister restaurant. Blew me away! The flavors and textures were put together so delicately and precisely it was delightful. Was riding theendorphins! Will be coming back.

Amazing place with a fun vibe and great food. They have a gluten free menu and the server was knowledgeable of gf. We started with a poke stack which was great. I tried a pizza with Fresno chili peppers and it was amazing. My wife is celiac and had asalad with tuna that she loved. Definitely going back soon

The Loco Moco was very good, although the burger patty was essentially a rubber puck (extremely over cooked). The pizza that my wife ordered was the greasiest pizza we've ever had the paper beneath it stuck to all of the pieces and we ended up bitinginto some of it. It made us feel sluggish and gross afterwards. For the price of the entrees, I expected much higher quality.The only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service was good and the employees were nice.
