I visited the restaurant to grab a sandwich, but right from the start, I didn’t receive any greeting or acknowledgment; instead, I could hear someone let out a loud sigh. The person who prepared my sandwich, named Logan, was completely unfriendly and didn’t say a word to me. As someone who frequents Subway, I can honestly say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I think Logan either needs a reality check or should consider finding a different job. I’m used to being greeted warmly and having a pleasant experience. A positive attitude towards customers is always appreciated, but unfortunately, Logan didn’t provide that. To make matters worse, my sandwich was poorly assembled. When I got home and opened it up, it was a complete disaster. No thanks!
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff was not very understanding when I needed to make a change to my order and didn’t express any apology for the inconvenience. This isn’t the first issue I've encountered here. Additionally, it seems like they source their ingredients from Subway, which is concerning.
I brought my child with me and ordered a cold sandwich, fries, cookies, and a soda to take to work. Overall, my experience was just okay. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly, but the service was slow, and they didn’t seem to know how to make certain sandwiches.
I have a good sandwich.
