A truly dreadful fast food restaurant. It's really depressing to see how bad this Wendy's location has gotten over the years. It looks exactly like it did when it opened a couple of decades ago they haven't spent any money to update ihe incredibly dateddining room, and it shows. The food is uniformly awful, the people behind the counter and at the drive thru seem undertrainedand customer phobic, and the only reason I go here is because they give away free burgers every once in a while through the app(when it's working). They should tear this place down and put up a parking lot.
I had a long wait in the drive-thru, and the speakers have been broken for days. My hamburger was dry and crunchy. I've usually had a good experience here.
The food was fresh, and the staff were fantastic—they assisted us when we had issues with the Wendy's app. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the dining room was closed, and we could only use the drive-thru.
The food is great, but it should always be served hot. It's important to maintain clean restrooms as well. Staff should also focus on greeting customers properly; a little politeness goes a long way. Remember, providing good service helps keep food on your table too, and it contributes to your boss's reputation. When they look good, you do too!
