Chopsticks Chinese Cuisine - Savannah

I've always dined here since they first opened, but after my experience tonight, I doubt I'll return. The food lacked flavor and simply wasn’t up to the standards it once had. I have to question the chicken; it looks a bit off and its texture raises some concerns. There’s definitely something not right about it. I've seen reviews about food poisoning, and I wish I had read those before I ordered or ate. I guess we’ll see what happens next.

I understand covid and delivery problems are a problem, but if they lack the right ingredients, they take it from the menu and don't cheat them customers. especially faithful local customers.

Typical Chinese fast food and a good size menu, for how quickly you get the food. The customer service has been exemplary, every time I have been there. Really great deals on their 11am to 3pm lunch menu items different per day of the week . A little money goes a long way in portion sizes and their great attitudes go a long way on keeping me a repeat customer.

After visiting this Chinese restaurant a few times, I only get Sweet and Sour chicken as the other dishes lack seasoning and taste. Food is bland, but they give you a good portion. Fried rice is not fried rice here, rice and soy sauce, lacks taste, eggs and veggies. It's not bad, but it's not the best either. Food has been fresh each time for the most part and recommend if you have no other options. Drive thru is a plus!

Nothing amazing or Authentic but so far the best quick American Chinese place in the area we've had so far. I recommend it!
