The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I come here every week for the past two years. They’re notorious for not opening the store at 6:30am and leaving you hanging. The worst attitude by employees when they are open.
Closed FORTY FIVE MINUTES EARLY FOR ZERO REASON. Literally needed this because I have to be at work until 5 am and now I’m gonna fall asleep on the job again (my medication causes insomnia and my doctor said she can’t do anything to help me it’s not my fault I’m not sleeping) and any other types of coffee that I’ve tried give me migraines that are so painful I cannot walk or sit upright and they last a full day.
They opened late, didn’t have more of their breaKfast items, and didn’t give rewards.
We have purchased items at this location before and were happy with service. However, this morning was a totally different experience. First, they did not allow for me to redeem some of my points for a free coffee. Then, they did not allow me to scan the QR code to get credit for my order I don 't know why. So, I spent $7.38 with no credit for stars. Next, we 're standing waiting for our order, 2 regular coffees, when I noticed that people behind me were getting their specialty drinks before ours. I decided to ask one of the workers where was our coffee. They rudely replied it was coming. Then I notice the cashier that had taken our order had about 5 cups in her hand and was slowly, finally, pouring our coffee. I have no idea why it took so long and why the cashier had to do that anyway, because some of the other workers had nothing to do. This location seemed very backwards and I probably won 't be buying a drink from them again.
