Zoës Kitchen - Savannah

I cannot believe how unprofessional some people are. From the moment I stepped in the door they were talking extremely loud and yelling across the room. It took approximately 2 minutes before I was acknowledged, and even still they continued to be loud if not even louder, as though to entertain me which I didn 't find amusing. I 'm not sure if one woman not in uniform was the manager, but even she found humor in their noise. Thumbs down for customer service and as for the food, my steak kabob was overcooked and someone need to teach them how to make a GREEK salad. The potato salad was mushy, my husband thought it was mashed potatoes.

The food is great. My issue is, I order delivery frequently due to my circumstances. Zoes has been one of my favorites to order from but they consistently forget to add the drinks I paid for to the orders. This has happened at least a dozen times including today. I'd like to know why? How hard is it to read and interpret an order and walk to a drink station to fill up a cup? How hard? I should receive a whole free meal at this point considering how many times I've been pick-pocketed by Zoe's Kitchen. Great food but y'all have collectively taken a chunk of my for nothing at this point.

So, not only was I missing a whole side out of my order but the side I DID RECEIVE was practically rotten. Avocado was brown and the lettuce was brown and wilted. The kabobs I ordered were almost burnt and the chicken was VERY dry. This wasn't the first time I was missing and/or had incorrect items. I try to be patient places when they mess up but when it's repeatedly like this something has to be said. I've been a food worker behind a counter several times and I NEVER gave people bad food. This food poisoning waiting to happen. STEP IT UP ZOË.

Went to eat lunch today, sign said short staffed no seating. 5 or 6 people basically doing nothing, all booths empty. We left . Here is an idea for management . Instead of paying people you do have to do nothing, and losing business , have a person or two wipe the tables. We won't be back until they get their act together. Someone is losing money.. Good food! No service.

This place has been going down hill for the last few years. It’s a shame, because it used to be really good. There is an obvious lack of care of what comes out of the kitchen. Someone is going to get sick one of these days. Cold chicken on my salad today and the pesto hummus was inedible. It was filled with full stems and strands throughout which I assume come from attempting to purée the stems. I think this might have been my last visit I truly used to love their Greek salad but it’s not worth it anymore.
