Great location, great view, hidden gem! English menu and the personal speak something English. friendly relaxed staff, but they must definitely take their attention or go to the theke to ask what they want / needed. they are super accomodating, a vegetarian version of menus meat heavy pho made for me. do not complain about eating and regular prices for a flow spot. Honestly, the main attraction is the aesthetic. the an being itself is adorable and the intention is very beautiful.

So coffee. moderate price, but not for daily visit. Good view of the Mekong.
