Ingredients - Sawāi Mādhopur

We went to this restaurant for dinner on our first day in Ranthambore. We were staying at the Welcome Heritage and meeting our friend there. The restaurant was lively and crowded with people. They had a dinner buffet that was absolutely fantastic. I was a bit unsure about trying the continental food, but the fish and chips with tartare sauce ended up being delicious. The lal maas was so tender it fell off the bone. They also served hot rotis, and our server recommended the sattu roti, which was incredibly tasty. The buffet had a great variety of dishes, and I can't possibly describe them all, but let me just say that everything we tried was delicious. The service was excellent.
