Casa Azul - Sayula

After the leadership of others on TripAdvisor, my husband held here for a quick dinner. It is located convenient near the Centro, it is whimsical and creatively decorated, and the tiny dining room (seating 13) and also tiny open kitchen made from mastery salads, pizzas (cooked in a wood oven) and drinks, all made to order. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We learned from a waiter that owner Chef Benny is more a celebrity, appeared on TV cooking competitions, and yet in his restaurant he is friendly to all the details, clearly moved when we mention how much we enjoyed our meal. The only Quibble was that the pizza crusts were thicker than necessary to make really the best of the special oven. Very recommended!
