Cornucopia Natural Foods - Sayville

Great healthy/organic grocery store. Do not miss potato salad and fresh juices. I also love the Tofu breakfast sandwich, all of which are freshened daily at the back of the counter. Extensive selection of healthier options, from black sesame milk to all your gluten-free needs, but extensive options. The staff is absolutely excellent. Not a cheap food experience, but mostly special items. You don't have microgreens and that's my only handle.

This is the REAL DEAL ORGANIC FOOD STORE. DONT let the outer size fool it has a lot of foods that are free of nitrate, gluten and preservatives!! Great non-milk section, the kite garden vegetable cream cheese, the non-milk is the BEST I've ever had. Has a wide selection of ORGANIC fruits and vegetables. The living plant wall shows there devotion to all things naturally. I love this place

I absolutely love this place! As a health food enthusiast, I can confidently say you won't find a better spot. Today, I tried the black bean pack, and it was fantastic. However, for the past three days, I've been craving the spicy tofu and broccoli—it's probably the best tofu I've ever had!

They have an excellent selection of bottled drinks and elixirs, including some impressive local kombuchas. The produce appeared nearly all organic, extremely fresh, and varied. Prices were reasonable, with many items on sale, so I found some good deals. However, my favorite part of Cornucopia Health Foods was the café at the back of the store! They offered a wide array of prepared foods, some made to order, along with treats, smoothies, and fresh juices. Plus, they're just a quick 5-minute drive south of Sunrise Highway (27)! If you’re in Sayville or just passing through and looking for something healthy, make sure to stop by Cornucopia. It's a charming, old-fashioned health food store that offers a welcome alternative to the higher prices and larger footprint of the nearby Whole Foods!

Though I don't venture out here often, whenever I am in the Sayville area I always stop by Cornucopia. They have a large selection of pre-packaged vegan food and hot food/deli type foods that you can purchase from the counter ready to eat there, as there are tables near the front, or to go. My favorite things to get from the counter are the Deli Lama Burger and the Tempeh Tuna Salad. While their prices tend to be higher (obviously since they are a small, specialty store) than say Stop Shop, I do occasionally find some things on better sale at Cornucopia. I also really appreciate their vast vegan cheese and meatless selections! Definitely a place worth checking out.
