Happy Garden Chinese - Scappoose

This restaurant in Columbia County is the top spot to dine. The dishes are made with fresh ingredients and served hot. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I always have a great experience ordering from them. I can't wait for them to open the dining area so we can enjoy a meal there. Do you know when they will be opening the restaurant side?

I have always had a positive experience at this restaurant, with food that is usually excellent or at least above average. However, today I ordered a meal that only cost $25 in total, but it turned out to be the worst food I have ever tasted. I ended up throwing it all away. When I called to complain, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. It's a shame to have wasted $25 on food that ended up in the garbage. I have decided that I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
