Contribuisci feedbackIf i can I would give 0 star. I got a large pizza couple of months ago and the pizza wasn't even cooked properly and had chemical taste to it. Very disappointed! Threw the whole thing in the garbage.
Look, the pizza is OK. But nothing to go tell your buddies about. Service at this location is garbage. I come Friday evenings once in a while and the employee has no care. Watched him go on his phone while my pizza was out the oven for minutes with no box whatsoever.Customer service is 3/10.Straighten up.I’ll will take my money elsewhere.
My son seen a sign outside that said medium size one topping pizza for $5.99. Once he got pizza and was charged $7.99 the seller said that is what the price has been for a long time. So my son paid that price. He has put his complaint in also today. He will never go there again. They should have also offered him the 241 Tuesday deal and never did. He only got a cheese pizza paid more then the sign said and did not get offered the second one free. Never again. He is so angry right now he does not want to go back and fight this issue.
Pizza tastes better then Pizza Pizza and littlr ceasers. The staff were friendly.
I had a terrible experience at this location. It is by far and away the worst location I have ever visited. I walked in and ordered the $7.99 medium one topping special, and the person taking my order said it would be 15 minutes. I took a seat in the restaurantand waited for just over 15 minutes; but it still wasn 't finished. So I approached the counter and asked how much longer it would take. The employee kept mixing up which order was mine, so clearly he wasn 't paying attention. When I reminded him about what I had ordered, he checked with the employee making the pizzas, and that person did not even BEGIN to make the pizza. The cook started saying oh it will just be 10 minutes I told him that his colleague already said that 15 minutes ago. Then he started making excuses about how busy they were with fulfilling online orders. That isn 't an excuse to provide poor service in-store, otherwise close the store and only do deliveries. I decided to get a refund and took my business to the Kennedy and Eglinton location. It was a MUCH better experience there. This Lawrence franchise is always providing a terrible experience, as I have had a similar level of 'customer service ' from them in the past. Their management and employees are incompetent towards walk-in customers, and you will have to keep an eye on your order to make sure they start making it. DO NOT waste your time and money with this location. Try the Eglinton location if you are in the same area, or just take your business to another pizza shop.
