Chipotle Mexican Grill - Scarborough

The food at Chipotle is always amazing. Everything tastes so fresh and they don't skimp on putting all the toppings. The service is also fast. Always my number#1 go to place for burritos or bowls

The taste is different every time, at times there are no fajita veggies and they always give you a small portion of guacamole even if you’re paying for it additionally (if not veggie bowl) Last time I had the rice bowl, the hot sauce was extremely hot which wasn’t the case in my previous experiences here. Would I recommend this place? I go here as its near to my house, may be go at your risk. I’ve had tasty food here but the quality is not consistent thus rating them a 2 star.

Its good food no questions, its just that sometimes they are generous with the portion and other times they are being ridiculous. Two people in line side by side one gets a mountain of food the other not even half that. How do they choose who gets what. So technicaly some people get the best value and others ripped off. What happened to fair treatment. Why not weigh the portions to be fair to all.

I personally enjoy this chipotle. They are very good with portions, quality, and extremely kind staff. I've gone to this location since it's opening and have never had any issues. I wanted to mention specifically the manager Fayzal is very understanding and has good problem resolution skills. In addition, Shane who was the cashier at my last visit was very helpful. When she was unable to help us with the app she made sure to get the manager so that the issue could be resolved. Another time, I had taken my bowl home and unfortunately the bowl leaked and when I went to pick it from my car the whole bowl fell to the ground and opened up. I took a picture and on my next visit explained I was disappointed about the quality of the bowl and they offered a full bowl for free. Overall always great service and very fast considering the long line ups at this location. All the staff are friendly here!

The food is good and i like their flavor and options but the manager at this location isn't friendly. I requested the staff to give me one order in just 2 different boxes (I wanted to get some items separately boxed for my picky eater). At the time of payment the manager jumped in said its not allowed and I need to re order. They wasted my time while I had to manage an active toddler. He was highly unempathetic and rude for no reason it was a mistake by their staff, not me. At least you can behave nicely!
