Chris Jerk - Scarborough

Best place for jerk! We went on a Saturday night and the line wasn’t bad. Staff were friendly. We both got the jerk chicken shawarma poutine. They ran out of shawarma so we chose to have it with chicken breast instead. It was still delicious...and the flavour was authentic. Would definitely go back again and recommend

Stopped here for lunch two weeks ago...now I'm hooked. The jerk chicken pork are delish!!! if you are looking for real Caribbean cuisine, be sure to stop here. I've told my co-workers about this spot, and two of them went today and loved it...as well

A good place to try some Caribbean food. I had the Oxtail combo, which is so delicious. You get a big combo plate with fair price. Some combo sold fast, you gotta be there early

Friendly cashier. Oxtail entree was soft and nicely seasoned. Stewed beef entree was deemed excellent. Jerk chicken leg with poutine was very good (offered when shawarma poutine is sold out). Fried chicken entree was okay and ranked at the bottom. Peas and rice lightly seasoned....If you like hotter, add some pepper sauce. Fried plantains of course fantastic. Four entrees plus side order of plantain cost Good place to come when I don’t want to cook

I just discovered this place for the first time! I had the jerk chicken dish, with rice, peas and plantain. OMG, it is out of this world! The flavour, portion and price is out of this world. I can't think of any other place to...stop by when in T.O. I even met the owner and his father sitting by the door to give them compliments and they were pretty nice people. You have to try Chris Jerk, you will be very happy you did
