I have recently found myself constantly returning Gong Cha Midland. Their quality service and recipe expertise, makes every visit a pleasure. This evening the young man and lady recommended me Matcha Marble Smoothie and it's simply delicious. Gong Cha Midland excels not only in crafting exceptional beverages but also in providing top-notch customer service; slowly making this my go-to spot for a delightful treat and friendly service every time.

Hello, I am in the Midland and Finch Gong Cha store right now. I want make a complaint that the employees have been talking to each other very loudly and not working for the past hour. They are very loud and distracting the customers from being able to enjoy their food and drinks in the Gong Cha. The time is 11:55pm on September 18th and they have been talking since 10:50pm. Can you please speak to the manager of the store about this? There are two women who are working here and they are very loud joking and laughing and speaking very loudly and distracting the customers. The customers cannot enjoy the store or their food and drinks. Thank you

First time trying after being recommended by my kids. The drinks were a different type of bubble tea. Most of the local stores use powdered and sweetened ingredients but this place tastes fresh.Everything is made to order and I tried the Oreo slush. Overall was a great experience!

Have to say the staffs here are so nice. Drinks and cake are so good. I love their bubble waffle ???

Gongcha is usually one of my fav places to go to but recently, i am disappointed because i specifically asked for Dolce Milk Tea and they gave me Dolce Milk Coffee… this happened twice in a row already, once on UberEats. i really like this place too and they always get my order right… hopefully they can redeem themselves.edit: gave 4 stars after Gongcha responded to my comment. thanks for replying and clearing it up. <3
