Hi. Tea Cafe Chá Shì - Scarborough

Came here around 4pm and orders a mango slush. It was not very sweet which was my preference but the it was not blended very well at all. There were still chunks of ice inside which wouldn’t even go through the straw. Chose this place because I was too lazy to another place which had no mall entrance!

I had the worst ever milk tea here. The taste is so bland and I ended up throwing it away after a few sips. Waste of my money.

Our original plan was to grab lattes at the McDonald’s drive thru but they ran out. We decided to randomly try Hi.Tea. It was a great local place for takeout only. We purchased a Matcha Mocha Latte and Hong Kong Milk Tea and walked around the Lantern Festival.The girl at the cash was super sweet and completely made up for the experience at McDonald’s.

Darling tea is the most tasty tea ive tasted very refreshing they sometimes have the rose Darling tea (earlier in the year) super good

Horrible costumer service. They took 30 minutes to make one drink and they made others before mine. the place is very dirty for customers, the attendants have no respect for the customer and they delivered me a cappuccino when I ordered hot hot chocolate. 0/10 i will never recommend it for anyone
