I normally order bagels or breakfast sandwiches. All very fresh, very tasty. My children love the frozen lemonades. Lines move quickly most of the time. The ordering process can be tiresome. Either the clerk can't hear me, or l can't understand the clerk. I have to repeat my order more than once. Is it a technical issue or a language barrier? There are issues at the pickup window as well. If l order three drinks, l have to ask a few times for the tray. I also wonder why they don't put orders in bags? Why hand me all these individual bags for each item? Pack them in a big bag. Please!
Very unpolite site. Keep me waiting for long on drive thru saying system error. And provided drink which not properly hot and sugar not stirred well. When ask compensation they say go away. Very rude complain to tim horton company to look on the staff and improve customer service
