Kfc - Scarborough

The presentation was incredibly lacking and the food was absolutely disgusting. I am shocked that they are able to serve such low quality dishes.

We ordered the new teriyaki chicken fillet, which was very small and only came with sauce. It was ridiculously overpriced for what we received.

The staff were excellent considering the clientele they were putting up with, but the food was disgusting. Worst kfc I've ever eaten the chicken tasted old, tuff and was very dry. The wraps were the same even the tortilla was stale. The fries were the smallest portion I've ever seen, with them being mostly scraps of potato, and the wings tasted like they'd been fried in last months oil! I also ordered 8 and only got 4 but that was a moot point as they'd have only gone in the bin with the others that didn't get eaten. We don't eat often at kfc but thought it was a bullet-proof choice as all they cook is chicken, and how hard is that to get wrong? How wrong we were! Avoid if you don't want to waste your money. It has also made us very sceptical about eating at kfc ever again

Went in this afternoon...noticed a Manager Special...along this a No hot drinks as machine not working ...also anothe out of order sign....Went to the toilet while partner ordered it..Lock broken and replaced by a bolt..Food collected...very disappointed...Cold, dry food.Chips pitiful...Coleslaw squashed...Please the Shakes and apple pies were got from MickyDs

Poor service. Staff need retraining, all unable to use ordering system and clueless. Ended up waiting 35 mins for rice box after 3 other customers came 10mins after I ordered and received food 15mins before me. Excuse was 'waiting for the rice to cook ' . Shop dirty and wipe tables onto the floor with a dirty cloth. Avoid.
