The Sunrise Cafe Scarborough

This restaurant is in a great location near Luna Park. The bacon sandwich I had was one of the best I've ever had. The bread was nice and the bacon was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The tea was also very enjoyable.

I stopped by for a casual lunch. The food was served hot and with good presentation. There was a nice variety of options to choose from. The staff were all very polite and served us promptly.

£12 for 2 Shandies. We had 2 pints of lager shandies on Saturday. Was charged £12 for what was lemonade (from a 2 litre bottle) and a bit Heineken silver. Was then asked if I had Cash. Absolutely disgusting. Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We popped in for drinks. The place was very busy and it was very hot. The outside seating area was very popular, I preferred the cosy (small) shaded, interior seating area. The staff were very busy and I endeavoured to, apologetically, order cocktails one member of staff, rather abruptly, told me they were a beer man I thought this was fair enough but it does say cocktails in large letters on the front of the building Another member of staff stepped-up to make our cocktails (and did a commendable job) despite a lack of experience. The place was clean and the service brisk. I liked it but not enough to stay for a third. Price per person: £20–30 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Great afternoon in the sun with friends. Staff very friendly. Massive selection of drinks, fully recommend for an afternoon drinking in the sun. Meal type: Other Price per person: £100+ Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
