Contribuisci feedbackAt this location the employee was very rude. A half hour before they closed she said she stopped making coffee. They had no iced coffee and no donuts. Her customer service was the worst of ever seen.
Bro this was literally horrible asked for a plain black cold brew and legit stale. asked for a bagel and god help me this blonde lady was over the edge abt that like fr is this not a place of food
The worse D&D I've EVER been to. Customer service is appalling, they always have issue with serving what's on the menu. I swear they shut off the machines and call them broken to avoid the work. I've been visiting D&D since I was 10, that 50 years and nowI've called an end to this incompetence.
I go to dunkin often ,first time at this one.(US1 Mobil station) always order a refresher instead of coconut milk,I take it with almond milk.never had a problem was always served.Here the manager told me I could not,because they didn't know a code to put itin the register.I will not go to that one again.She was quite rude about it.
I go there at a minimum 5 days a week always leave a nice tip because I know it?s a lot of work dealing with people who don?t have their coffee and can be difficult. That being said your in customer service and the woman behind the counter whom I?massuming is a manger is nasty to her fellow employees. Short with customers and acts put out. I go there and still tip her to benice. But yesterday when the espresso machine was still down so I ordered regular coffee and tipped her. My coffee wasdisgusting burnt and cold. That was one of those times when I wanted to forget my manners. Like you have a job it?s makingcoffee and you can?t even do that.
