The best sushi in Maine! The quality of the fish is outstanding. While the atmosphere is decent, it's not particularly exciting, but the food definitely makes it worth making a million trips. As for dietary restrictions, I have allergies to gluten, dairy, and soy, and they were able to accommodate me without any issues.

The sushi here is decent, but a lot of it resembles "Big Mac" sushi, with multiple sauces piled on top. The Spicy Tuna is essentially ground tuna mixed with spicy sauce, which makes it a bit mushy. While the flavor is alright, it's not the best texture. They could benefit from visiting some local sushi spots, as a few small adjustments could significantly improve their offerings.

I just visited Oishi for the first time, and I have to say it was fantastic! The Pad Thai was the best I've had in ages, and the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Crab Rangoons were incredible too!
