Tim Hortons - Scarborough Canada

By far the worst tims I've ever been to. Literally a 20 minute wait in the drive through so I decided to leave the line half way through to go inside for faster service. The lady who served me was both rude and lazy.....clearly she doesn't care so I didnt even bother complaining to her ?

Cant get your order right, slow.But worst of all, the employees at the drive through, gesticulating wildly and freaking out for you to not pull up to the window, forcing traffic to get blocked....This is so that their owner cant see the the abysmal service timer when someone comes to the window and has to wait forevever for a simple Small black Coffee, due to everyone messing around and being too involved in their conversations to serve you.

This location is very nice cleaning parking lot and inside the store and wash room all so clean the employee so nice with me and food was excellent i so happy in this location.

Slow service, workers talking to friends and not working, was scolded because I scanned my Tims qr code before they punched my order onto the screen, despite every other store where scanning doesn 't have this issue. Employee called me Stupid under her breath like I wouldn 't hear. Terrible service.

This Tim Hortons has the slowest service I have ever experienced. I ordered a coffee through the app, arrived to find an empty restaurant with staff chatting and no one attending to my order. The drive-thru also had a long 15-minute wait. Overall, the service was terrible.
