Pizza Hut - Scarsdale

The manager (man) is very disrespectful to his staff. I was placing an order as he was standing there just watching the employees making them uncomfortable and including myself. My anxiety started to kick in as I kept ordering. This is not the first time this happens my Pizza Hut in new Rochelle closed about 3 years ago now and I’ve been traveling out here because I genuinely love Pizza Hut. Every single time I come and place an order the staff just seems upset and very controlled. The manager is always in a bad mood and talks back to customers instead of fixing a problem. For the eclipse on 4/8 I saw an AD for $12 a pie I got very excited and called to place an order and mentioned the AD I seen, unsurprisingly I was talking to the manager on the phone and dismissed my question and when I asked him again he said his store wasn’t participating on that deal????????????? Can someone explain the logic in this!? Very unprofessional and rude I can’t imagine how nasty he is to his employees. Someone needs to do something about the management there !

The food is good. But you still can't dine inside this one. You can order online, and 3 times I chose curbside drop off and have gone inside to pick-up. I've told the owner to remove that from the website because he said they don't have it because they don't have designated parking spots for it. That's fine, but remove it, and they still haven't.

They don’t even have the menu on display.. dropped pizza on floor they refused to remake it. Don’t come here!

Walked in with my family and asked a simple question of, “can we sit down and eat?” The man behind the counter was nasty and snaps back “first you have to pay and then sit down”. Clearly, he did not want sitting in the dining area. Which was 100% empty. Disgusting attitude and unreasonably mean for no reason. It’s a shame what happened to Pizza Hut. I will never come to this establishment ever again. Sad part is, my kids wanted to experience what Pizza Hut is since my wife and I loved this place as teenage kids.
